PALESTINIAN LOVE SEX & ROCK'N ROLL. E->

English translation down below.

Quelques Extraits...

''Like Mahmoud and Benjamin, they did not talk to each other, never met, ignored each other living side to side fearing the other, without any love or compassion.''

''It was quite surprising for me to watch those two old politicians speaking with beautiful words in front of the assembly of the entire world within the green and golden marble walls of this UN big lecture room, about the security of his Jewish state for one, and who could blame him for it? And the other, speaking about his state of Palestine everybody seemed to be willing to grant him without blaming him for it either, though no one really involved himself to acquire its status as such. Both of them in the same premises of the same building of the same town, they did not talk to each other, did not meet, did not look at each other, only on the television screens of their room. It was getting funny, almost idiotic to see them both talk about the greatest causes under the spotlights and the applause of their people waving their mutual flag, without even wanting to meet each other when all that it took, was to press on a button of an elevator, or being willing to invite each other, at the Waldorf Astoria's or at The Pierre's for a drink. I was even more surprised of the fact when living here, crossing the checkpoints to go and get screwed in Ramallah or Jericho where I was done greatly, as my guys before or after the fucking, on their own or with their family, offered me to drink and eat asking me what life was like in Tel Aviv, deprived of the right to get there. On this right side of an occidental life of opulence, I was asked the same the other way round, with the same interest to know what was going on on the other side. Like at the time of the Berlin wall when I was used to go ''drüben'', over there, on the other side of the wall, and I lied a bit by writing it for indeed, the interest in the West was lesser, referring itself almost exclusively, to these great causes in order to put an end to them without being preoccupied of the Eastern daily life too much. Like Mahmoud and Benjamin, they did not talk to each other, never met, ignored each other living side to side fearing the other, without any love or compassion. Alone in bed, I could with these two feelings mingle myself due to my demanding ass, my conscience, and my knowledge. An anal aperture opened much more than simple moments of ecstasy to my mental. Wearing fashionable clothes just as up to date as we, as well as dreams in common, young Palestinians bumped me with zeal, and panache, only aspiring to a normal life to live, work, a regular life with no Allah or rancors. They told me themselves without knowing France, that they fucked here a thousand times more than in Paris, simply because that's all they had to do there. They drunk beers and whiskies with no illusion of a better life, with only one idea in mind to may be one day, to go and life it elsewhere. And I wondered if Mahmoud knew his youngsters, the way I wondered if Benjamin knew his, not rich enough to rent even a flat. There was a gap between the great speeches of the two and reality, a gap also in front of the world t.v. cameras that only filmed, stones being thrown and a wicked army in a very limited area of a few well delimited square meters. It was all about indeed, a small war of images and reports that alas, became a bigger and world-wide one between the rich and the poor of which anyway, none of their representative hold any key of a peace to move on. Corruption and millions of dollars got both sides off the track, one for all and all for God, typical of the region when it came to have one silent god as a good excuse both sides appropriated themselves as one and only truth. With my sex stories, I redid the world, without any concession or despise, totally accepted on both sides, listening to one and listening to the other, calm and profound and serene, with no tense passions.
When Allah was not that great, passions were by all means, not that tense. You could then for a fact, talk about serious things, real things, without beginning a phrase by his name to put it back in the middle of it again and finish one more time at the end of it, again saying he was so great, or by leaving his name aside for a short while waiting for the next moment to come that would bring, by mentioning his name again and again, the best of hazards. We could then talk, at last freely, without god between us and only between men, about philosophy and History, the real history of their country that never through the centuries, had existed as such, and about the one of the region that neither had began to be, nor in 1948 or in 1967. For over three thousand years, Jews and non-Jews lived on this same land of deserts that took all their literary and geographical sense, in a deserted uninhabited land with no cities. Apart from Jerusalem and its thousands of inhabitants which population through the millenniums had remained more or less the same, and if indeed under the Ottoman Empire and the British mandate it had seen it increased with new barrers and traders, the major population was mostly located in Arab villages that only were connected to the rest of the world, by the Cairo-Istanbul rail route and the port of Beirut, when the one of Haifa did not exist yet and Tel Aviv was only dunes of sand. There was indisputably, a lack of historical knowledge when they put Allah and his mosque in the heart of the story to appropriate their own country that never had existed, and through different eras, never since the Greeks who had assigned its name on a map, least of all been claimed as such either. And at the beginning of the century when the Jews arrived, on a large scale, and even on a larger and larger one, everything had gone just fine, the wild and uncultivated lands had been sold in proper forms by the Arabs, and that had in no way put the whole place in fire, only for a few when incomes were at stake. The elders knew, the grand-fathers and grand-mothers of the ones who fucked me, sincere, with no passion or animosity, and no matter the obedience, all of them had known how to live together and put up with it quite well. Since then, of course, I was not an idiot, and the Israelis were no little angels, in bed or on the ground, the balance of economical and demographic power had changed, expect mine, when I submitted myself so willingly to the so virile Arab force into my orifices, proud to bring them my vigor and support with my Jewish roots in between my rump. But i still could not understand when it came to Mahmoud, the little sincerity he put in his speeches, not adding this historical veracity. It might have enlightened more than one, calmed down others, made yet others think, -perhaps, for it was not with a piece of paper and a nice erroneous lecture a country could exist. I only could understand from his requests, the one history of these last hundred years. I'd better with my lovers of Palestine after they royally fucked me, go and dance rock'n roll, drink and smoke. And they all loved it. ''
